Richard has been in Durham since 1964. After graduating from Duke University in 1968, he spent four years in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Junior Grade. Since getting out of the Navy in 1972, Richard has been in the mortgage business in Durham. He owned Premier Mortgage Corporation for 17 years prior to joining Corporate Investors Mortgage Group in December, 2005.
