Eve grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (go Pens!) and ventured south to attend college at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.  After graduating magna cum laude from UNCW in 2008, she quickly decided that North Carolina had stolen her heart and she’s considered herself a North Carolinian ever since.  She has lived in many areas of the Triangle, eventually settling in north Durham.  Eve loves being a “Durhamite” and relishes in the diverse, innovative, and eclectic community. 

When she’s not working or busy raising her son, Gunnar, you can catch Eve at live music shows (any genre!), in an intense game of chess or cornhole, or relaxing near the water.  With over six years of experience in the mortgage industry learning from some of the best of the best, along with foreclosure and servicing experience, Eve is ready to assist you in the mortgage process.  Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or a savvy investor, she truly believes that knowledge is power and seeks to educate her clients, so they feel empowered throughout the process.  She also believes in the power of laughter; so, you may just find yourself having some fun during the process!
