He grew up in Charlotte, moved to Durham in 2001 and married Chapel Hill native, Kristen Nevins Linney. They both graduated from Furman University and are raising three active children—George IV, Kathryn, and William.
George utilizes his network and background, specifically in athletics and ministry, as he strives to help clients achieve their financial goals. When he is not working as a lender, he enjoys exercising, officiating destination weddings, or playing golf with family and friends.
