Rick has been in the mortgage industry since 1997 and has closed over $1.5B in loans. Prior to joining CIMG, he was owner and operating manager of Integrated Mortgage Strategies, Inc., a Chapel Hill-based mortgage broker and bank. In 2009 Rick sold his business to a large national firm and continued to work with the acquiring firm through 2019.
The cornerstone of Rick’s success in mortgage origination is rooted in analytical and strategic planning with a commitment to helping customers focus on both short- and long-term financial goals. This includes careful analysis of down payment, loan product, projected cash flow, and many other considerations. In this regard, Rick takes a more holistic approach to advising customers.
A native of Chapel Hill, Rick is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill (BA) and Duke University (MBA), and resides in Chapel Hill with his two children.
