Kinsey Wennerstrom was born a mountain girl and has happily lived all over the South. A UNC-Chapel Hill graduate with a degree in Economics, Kinsey loves to study the macro world, a crucial skill when analyzing mortgage markets, both present and future. Although she excels with data and numbers, Kinsey’s true passion is connecting with people. She loves nothing more than empowering her clients with knowledge and partnering with them through every step of the journey to the closing table. Homebuying can be an intimidating process, so Kinsey prides herself on being available whenever a client needs her. No question is too simple or too complicated, and she dedicates herself to leading the process with empathy and transparency. 

 

When she’s away from her work, Kinsey’s three biggest joys are family, faith, and friends. She and her husband Jim have three grown children, Hannah, Eric, and Georgia. She loves summer, all things water-related, Hurricanes hockey and any sports her Tarheels are playing!
