CIMG Residential Mortgage Celebrates Milestone 25th Anniversary

CIMG Residential Mortgage, the premier independently owned and operated residential mortgage banker in the Triangle, celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2022. Since its founding in Chapel Hill in 1997, CIMG has loaned over $8.6 billion to local homeowners, has helped over 30,000 families buy or refinance, and has donated over $2 million to local nonprofits to support the community.

Loan Officers Raise $32,000 for Local Restaurants

If you've spent any time with the CIMG staff, you've likely heard of F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith) - a community organization that's popular with some of our loan officers. F3 Churham wrapped up their Holiday Hometown Hope fundraiser in December, donating gift certificates from local restaurants to families in need (essentially donating each dollar twice!). We're so excited to announce that the group raised $32,000 for small businesses and families in our community! A huge thank you to everyone who donated.

Giving Back to TABLE NC in December

Another great food drive is in the books! In November, our CIMG Giving Back team was able to donate 376 pounds of food to our good friends at TABLE NC. Robby Oakes Reaches Extraordinary Milestone

Hayes Hyman, 25-year Mortgage Banking and Industry Veteran, Rejoins Corporate Investors Mortgage Group, Inc.

Hyman had previously worked for Corporate Investors Mortgage Group, Inc. and will rejoin the Raleigh, NC office as a Mortgage Loan Originator. As former president of the North Carolina Association of Mortgage Professionals, he will bring his organizational leadership skills and a wealth of knowledge and experience to an already dynamic team of industry experts. In addition to his professional experience, Hyman is heavily involved with philanthropy, giving back to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation each year by raising money and awareness through his MS Ride to the NC Coast.
