What kind of loan is best for you?
The right mortgage product will depend on your unique circumstances.

Fixed Rate Mortgage
A traditional fixed-rate mortgage has set monthly payments which remain the same through the lifetime of the loan. It is the most common type of loan.

Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)
With an adjustable-rate mortgage, interest payments can shift during the loan's term. ARMs carry a fixed-interest rate for a set period of time and then the rate will adjust annually therefore to reflect current market conditions.

FHA Loan
FHA home loans are mortgages which are insured by the Federal Housing Administration. Historically designed to serve lower income Americans, these loans allow borrowers to get low mortgage rates with a minimal down payment.

USDA Loan
USDA mortgages are issued by the United States Department of Agriculture. Eligible rural and suburban homebuyers can obtain loans with low interest rates and no down payment.

VA Loan
A VA loan is a mortgage guaranteed by the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). These loans are designed to help military veterans or their surviving spouses (provided they do not remarry) with the dream of home ownership - including low interest rates and no down payment requirement.
