Erika grew up in Garner, NC and came to Chapel Hill in 1985 for school. After graduating, she married another Alumni, Cowan Griffin, and they have never left Blue Heaven! While raising her two boys, Benjamin and Stuart, she lived in many different areas of town, from North Chapel Hill, to Carrboro, to Downtown and now Greenwood. She knows her way around the The Hill. That’s now 38 years in Chapel Hill, and 25 years as a mortgage loan officer. Experience matters!
 

She loves boating, gardening and travel, especially to Florida. But most of her free time is following her son, Ben Griffin on the PGA tour!
