A life-long North Carolinian, I have lived in Raleigh since 1982. I graduated from North Carolina State University in 1990 with a Master’s Degree in Chemistry. I worked eight years in Research Triangle Park for Becton Dickinson. In 1998, I decided to leave research and pursue a career in home lending. I began my lending career with First Financial Services as a loan officer and quickly became a top producing loan officer. 

 

In 2004 I joined Corporate Investors Mortgage Group. Through my affiliation with CIMG, Inc., Woodard Mortgage Group offers state of the art procedures at every step on the lending process.
