Chris Zellman has been a resident of the Triangle for over 35 years, and currently lives in Raleigh with his wife Kelly and their daughters, Ava and Brooklyn. Chris attended Wake Forest University, where he earned a degree in Business and Accountancy. He entered the mortgage industry in 1996, joining CIMG Residential Mortgage in 1998. Throughout his career he has helped thousands of customers with their financing needs, originating over $425 million in home loans.

Chris focuses on delivering exemplary customer service by utilizing the extremely efficient service platform of CIMG, resulting in him never missing a closing date in his career. He provides a variety of mortgage programs, all while offering highly competitive mortgage rates to his customers. It is his extensive depth of experience and knowledge that allows Chris to expertly guide his customers through the mortgage process.
